HTCI Management welcomes you to Hindu Temple of Central Indiana
HTCI is the first Hindu Temple inaugurated in the state of Indiana on February 5, 2006 with a mission to serve the spiritual needs of Central Indiana’s Hindu families and represent the diversity of Hindu faith and culture.
Maha kumbhabhishekam or consecration process was performed on June 3, 2015. It is built according to the Ancient Science of Indian Architecture called “Sthapatya Vidya”. The worship hall houses 17 Sannidhis (shrines) - Ganesha, Ayyappa, Hanuman, Subrahmanya, Jagannath, Durga, Shiva, Mahavir, Saibaba, Saraswati, Venkateswara, Andal, Lakshmi, Parvati, Rama, Krishna and Navagrahas, spread over 4 different gopurams, with the main tower being over 99 feet tall.
Hindu scripture, the Rigveda says, “Ekam Sat Viprah Bahudha Vadanti”
